Introducing us to the scale we'll be working at was rather frightening, I struggled with understanding the concept and idea of shrinking things down so they still fit to scale. Beginning with making ourselves into small-scale we first did a hand-drawn version of ourselves at a 1:20 height, then followed on with using photoshop to print out and create a 1:50 version of ourselves.
Creating a box for our studio models to go into and then placing my 1:50 within it did help with visualising the space more and helped me realise just how much space I have to work with when creating the model of my studio.
